Here’s a free diet you can use as an outline on how to lose 5 pounds a week. What I’ve done is kept it to easy things that busy people can do. So don’t think eating healthy and losing weight forces you to spend hours in the kitchen.

Free Lose 5 Pounds a Week Diet

Number 1: Eat eggs for breakfast

You need to start the day off right. Eggs have the highest protein values of any food. Protein also speeds up the metabolism… a good thing to do to start out the day. I suggest you eat 3-4 scrambled eggs. If you want to add cut up tomatoes, onions, etc… go for it. But if you’re pressed for time, skip it.
