The world we live in is fast paced and hectic. This can cause added difficulties for people with anger management problems. Having a range of anger management skills to use will increase your anger control.

These are some effective anger management skills that can be learned quickly. Practice them regularly when you are not feeling angry or anxious. Then you will be comfortable using them when anger control is needed in a hurry. Never try and learn a new anger management skill when you are upset. You mind is not able to focus and concentrate properly on learning when angry.
