Does Caffeine Trigger Migraine?

The link between caffeine and migraines is something of an anomaly. For some people caffeine can provoke an attach, for others a caffeine-containing medication will bring relief. Read about some of the studies into this paradox.

In 1979, the highly respected Lancet Journal published an article identifying caffeine as a suspected migraine trigger. Various theories about caffeine and other substances in products that contain caffeine have since been explored.

As is frequently the case with food intolerances, one person will not react to a specific food, whilst another can suffer a severe reaction to the same food. Consider the shellfish - a killer for some, a healthful food for someone else.

Every client gets treated with the same respect and seriousness, no matter what they say or do, but I have to be honest, after treating so many smokers, I have learned that there are keys that reveal which ones have the best chance of quitting.

Fighting Addiction

Many people fight with addictions of all kinds, and through my own battle with addictions I learned a few things that I thought I would pass along in this article. And the ironic thing about me doing this is the fact that I’m in no way affiliated with any products that will supposedly help you fight addiction. Unless of course, fishing products will help you fight addiction somehow? No, my goal is to help you out a little bit. If just one person takes something from my experience to aid them in their own, then it was worth it.
