Finding the perfect people for graduate vacancies

I have found recruiting
for graduate vacancies one of the most testing jobs of my career. For
regular jobs, a CV is sufficient to highlight the technical ability
of a person. It is much more difficult for graduate jobs, as there
are more complex questions that need to be answered which cannot
simply be written on a CV.

Deciding a persons
suitability to a graduate job is simple in theory: they need to show
experience or transferrable skills that will enable them to be
successful in the position. However, my vast experience tells me that
many a ?suitable’ candidate on the face of it, has proven to be
?unsuitable’ once actually employed.

Assessment of Fire Risk

It is very important to always keep a list of all the emergency numbers with you. Everyone knows about the emergency number 999, but getting in contact with members who are missing could truly save a life.

Members should have a very good knowledge of the locations all the alarm points and all the fire extinguishers. It is also very well known that fire-doors that are heavy should not be left open ever, no matter what the situation is? they cannot do their own job if they are being held open.

A Great Banquet Starts with Great Banquet Facilities

In keeping with the old saying that tells us “It is always best to start at the beginning? you’ll find that the best place to start your is undoubtedly the most important, and can be the most difficult, decision you will make during your planning. This is particularly the case if your guest list is constantly changing or if the event is open to the public. If your event took place last year, check with the previous planners to get a head count so you can form an educated estimate and book your facility and move on to plans concerning the layout.

Real Estate: Real estate management firms ? making life easier

Real estate investment can happen for various reasons. You could invest
in real estate because you need a house for yourself (that house of
your dreams that you so badly want). You could use real estate as a
means for supplementing your income either by buying at a lower price
and selling at a higher price or by letting it out.  Sometimes you
might buy a property for the purpose of resale but might want to wait
for a few years before you actually sell it. In such a case, again it
would make sense to rent out the property and earn some money till you
actually decide to sell it off.

Acknowledge the Help You Get

Always acknowledge the help you get

I currently have an account with Netflixs. Not long ago they sent me a card telling me that for every person I help sign up, they’ll give me a month for free.

This is by no means a particularly new strategy for getting people to help out your business. Rewarding the help provided to you is a very old tactic indeed. Now, if this strategy for marketing is so old than why is it that so many companies refuse to do it?

I think that’s a very good question.
