Relax In Your Secret Garden

Choosing a quiet place to relax is as important as relaxation itself,
And of course dedicated to the most loved person in your life…you~you~yourself.
A favourite couch, chair, sofa……bed….
Soft easy soothing music playing in the background.
Ease yourself into your most comfortable position,
Closing your eyes and after a few moments, quieting your mind.
You are in your secret garden alone, and enriching your being.
Enjoying the beauties of nature all around you.
In your minds eye, you are walking, looking, touching, embracing the scene.
Azaleas and rose bushes and many varieties of blooms and shrubs
To suit your fancy, what ever you desire is there for your eyes to relish on.
In one corner sits a greenhouse filled with a 100 varieties of orchids.
All your senses are totally emancipated:
Exquisite colors excite your eyes,
Enchanting fragrances soothe your sense of smell;
Soft velvety petals titillate your touch;
Magical Beauty speaks to you in telepathic waves quieting your voice and hearing;
No need to walk as everywhere around you, all is within your reach.
Each tune that plays compliments and comforts a particular sense.
Your Secret Garden is your utopia living within, revitalizing,
refreshing and you drift away.
Your mind capturing the peace, enticing it to stay,
slowly, slowly your breathing remains steady….
Trancelike you feel totally refreshed, and with one last look at your Secret Garden,
absorbing in the peace and beauty all around,

Will The Talks Ever Die?

Michael Jordan is the best basketball player in the Universe. How many times have we heard this phrase? If you are surrounded by NBA fans, it is likely that you have heard this many times. A reason for this is because Michael was a great player. He showed that a perimeter player could dominate something that was not though to be possible. He was a great jump shooter and was a terrific driver. He redefined the term, clutch and the term air. He also broke records, led his team to 6 NBA titles and much more. Enough said?

Rock Climbing Is Not Just For Men

Rock Climbing began as a man’s sport. This has changed in recent years as ever increasing numbers of women have become involved.

The first women climbers were involved in mountain climbing and rock climbing was a part of that. The major difference in mountain climbing and rock climbing is that the mountain climber is seeking the easy way to ascend to the top of the mountain while the rock climber is looking for the hardest way. However, sometimes rock climbing is the only way on certain sections of the climb. So, when women began to climb mountains, they naturally began to climb rocks as well.

How Can I Get Better At Tennis Without Just Working On Strokes?

I recently received an email from a 4.5 tennis player in the USA who proposed the following question: I could use some help with a plan to get better. I am a 4.5 rated player in the USA and would like to be a 5.5. For some reason, I can’t find a tennis coach that will help with an overall plan; they just want to work on strokes. Any ideas?
